At Pagani Design Store, we want to guarantee your satisfaction with our watches. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent refund policy to best serve you.
1. Refund for Purchase Regret:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, you have the right to request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
How to Apply:
1. Send an email to support@paganiofficial.de, including your full name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for your regret.
2. After confirmation, you will receive a shipping authorization code to return the product at no additional cost.
2. Refund for manufacturing defects:
If the watch has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receipt. Remember that all our models come with a 12-month warranty. To expedite the process, please include a detailed description of the defect and demonstration photos or videos.
How to apply:
1. Send an email to support@paganiofficial.de with your full name, order number, and details of the defect.
2. The product will undergo a quality analysis. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Refund processing:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
• Credit Card: The amount will be refunded to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of confirmation of receipt and analysis of the returned product. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your invoice depends on the issuing bank.
• Bank Receipt: The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer, within 7 business days of product analysis.
• Pix: The refund will be made to the Pix code used for the purchase, also within 7 business days. To guarantee the refund, the bank details must match the buyer's details registered on our website.
4. Return Costs:
• Purchase regret or manufacturing defect: The return shipping cost will be covered by Pagani Design Store. We will send you a shipping authorization code that you can use at any post office.
• Returns due to dissatisfaction after the withdrawal period: For returns due to dissatisfaction requested after 7 days of receipt, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
5. Return Packaging:
We ask that you use the original packaging, if possible, to ensure the watch is protected during shipping. If you don't have the original packaging, use a suitable box to store the product.
